Terms and end-user license

These terms cover Hugg-A-Planet Books, a private integration run by Hugg-A-Planet (World Peace Enterprises LLC) for its own QuickBooks Online company. By connecting QuickBooks to it, or by using it, you agree to them.

Private use only

The integration is licensed only to Hugg-A-Planet and the people it authorizes to help keep its books. It is not offered to the public or to other QuickBooks users, it is not sold, and no one is charged for it. Please don't try to connect a QuickBooks company that you are not authorized to connect.

Connecting QuickBooks

QuickBooks is connected only when a person who is an admin of Hugg-A-Planet's QuickBooks company approves it on Intuit's own sign-in screen. The approval lets the integration use the QuickBooks Online Accounting API for that company, as described in the privacy notice.

What it does

It reads Hugg-A-Planet's accounting records and reports and can help with ordinary bookkeeping when the owner asks. It has no delete operations. Anything that would contact a customer, such as emailing an invoice, happens only on an explicit request.

Ending the connection

You can disconnect at any time from inside QuickBooks (Apps, or Settings → Manage apps), or the owner can disconnect from the integration's owner-only page. Disconnecting stops access and deletes the stored connection tokens. It does not delete or change anything in QuickBooks.

No warranty

The integration is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. QuickBooks remains the record of the company's books. Check anything it produces before relying on it for filings or other decisions, and work with your accountant. To the extent the law allows, World Peace Enterprises LLC is not liable for losses arising from using, or being unable to use, the integration.

QuickBooks is provided by Intuit Inc. under Intuit's own terms. Intuit does not sponsor or endorse this integration and is not responsible for it.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
